What we checked
How we handle listing staleness
The loudest complaint in this market is a listing that is already gone. So the system asks the advertiser to confirm availability in one tap, every listing shows how many days since that confirmation, and search ranks on it before anything else.

What we will not do
- We do not publish a listing we cannot stand behind; duplicates and expired listings are rejected.
- We do not use generated or stock imagery to represent a real property.
- We do not hide fees; what a seeker pays, and to whom, is stated before they make contact.
- We do not sell ranking as a substitute for relevance; a promoted listing is labelled and never outranks one with more recently confirmed availability.
- We do not claim a check we have not performed.
