Privacy Policy

Account data: the sign-in method you chose, your name and phone number if you provide them.

Activity data: your listings if you advertise, inquiries you sent or received, saved properties, reports you filed, and notifications.

We collect no payment information - no financial transaction happens on the platform. We collect no government ID numbers.

Running the platform: showing your listings, routing inquiries to the right advertiser, reviewing submissions, and responding to reports.

Sending account-related email notifications: a new inquiry, a rejected listing, a takedown, or an availability reminder. These are operational, not marketing.

Sign-in is handled by Google's Firebase. We never see or store your password; Google manages it directly, under Google's own privacy policy for that data.

We strip location (GPS) metadata from every image automatically on upload, before it is stored anywhere. A phone photo carries the coordinates of where it was taken, and publishing it unstripped exposes the property owner's address.

Your phone number is not shown on your listing. It reaches the advertiser only when you send them an inquiry, because that is what the inquiry is for.

We do not sell or rent your data to advertisers, marketers, or any third party. We may disclose data if required under Egyptian law, and only the minimum necessary.

We use service providers to run the platform: Google Firebase for sign-in, an object store for images, and an email provider for notifications. None of them uses your data for their own purposes.

We store your Firebase sign-in session token in your browser to keep you signed in. We use no marketing cookies and no ad-tracking of any kind.

You can download a full copy of your data at any time from account settings.

You can delete your account from account settings. On deletion: deleted immediately - saved listings, notifications, and your block list. Kept, de-identified - inquiries and reviews, because the other party in that conversation has a real interest in the record not disappearing. Kept intact - admin audit records and reports filed against your account, so a moderation history cannot be erased by the person it concerns. Your listings move to the archive immediately rather than being deleted, so the reference stays resolvable for anyone with an open inquiry on one.

We keep your data for as long as your account is active. When you request deletion, your personal fields (name, email, phone) are cleared immediately from the live database - not after a waiting period.

The platform is intended for people old enough to enter a property agreement (18 and over). We do not currently verify age technically at sign-up; if we learn an account belongs to a minor, we close it.
